Terms of service
Effective from 26 October 2026
1. Operator
Padel Radar is operated by Jakub Nowosad, e-mail kontakt@padelradar.pl (“we”).
The service is a non-commercial project run by a private individual and is free of charge.
2. What the service is
Padel Radar shows free padel court slots in selected cities, based on clubs' publicly available availability, and notifies you when a court frees up during the hours you choose.
The service is independent and not affiliated with Playtomic or the clubs. We don't take bookings or payments for courts; you book directly with the club or its system.
Availability data may be outdated or incomplete. We don't guarantee a slot will still be free when you try to book it.
3. Services and requirements
You can browse free courts without an account. An account is needed to set up and manage alerts.
The free plan includes up to 2 active alerts. Any paid plans will be described in these terms before they launch.
You need an internet-connected device with an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and for alerts an email address or a Telegram account.
You may not submit unlawful content, scrape the service automatically, or interfere with its operation.
4. Your account
The agreement starts when you first sign in (Google, Apple or an emailed link) and runs for an indefinite period.
You can end it at any time by deleting your account on the Account page. Deleting the account removes your alerts and notification history.
We may end the agreement with 14 days' notice for good reason (for example, shutting the service down), or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.
5. Complaints
Send complaints about the service to kontakt@padelradar.pl, describing the problem and your account email.
We'll reply within 14 days to the address you wrote from.
6. Final provisions
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
We'll announce changes to these terms at least 14 days in advance on the site and, for signed-in users, by email.
Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
